The problem
Your team spends hours every week on work a machine should be doing - chasing invoices, copying leads from one system to another, writing the same emails over and over, updating the same spreadsheet every Friday. You've probably tried ChatGPT, maybe added an AI tool or two, and nothing stuck.
The thing is, tools aren't systems. Nobody connected them to how your business actually runs, so the manual work keeps piling up and the software subscriptions keep stacking on top of it.
What I do
I find the handful of workflows costing you the most, put a real monthly number on each one, and build automation that runs in your accounts with human approval on anything sensitive. Everything gets documented so any developer could maintain it after me.
You own all of it. No lock-in, no black box, and no junior team hiding behind a salesperson.
How it works
Unless you have an IT department already, most solutions will be set up with Claude Cowork, Claude Code, or OpenAI's Codex (GPT models), giving you a very easy to use agent with restricted access to your critical data. Your agent will be trained to complete the tasks we automate with skills customized to your company and systems - so you simply click on the task you want done, give it the key details, and it'll go off and complete the task for you.
For more complex workflows, a more sophisticated agentic system with multiple layers can be installed, and we can set up your own private AI on your own server (in house or in the cloud) so you never risk giving your data to a third party. OpenClaw and Hermes agents can also be set up by request.
Why me
I'm Jaimie Montague, cofounder of Dementia Success Path, and before consulting for anyone else I automated my own company:
- Accounts receivable, end to end - an AI agent that generates our invoices, tracks payments across 14 partner accounts (over $33,000 invoiced so far), and drafts every collection email for one-click approval. Nothing slips anymore.
- Marketing in our voice - an AI trained on our full email archive and the performance data behind it, so it knows what actually converts for our audience. It writes our sales pages and campaigns, and its emails have been sent millions of times.
- The middleman, cancelled - a custom pipeline that moves Facebook leads into our email platform in under a second. We cancelled the Zapier and Leadsbridge subscriptions we'd been paying every single month.
- Tools and dashboards for the team - when my cofounder and I needed to plan our email system together, AI built us a shared planning dashboard in an afternoon instead of another monthly subscription. Try the live demo - it's the actual tool, loaded with sample data.
I'm not an agency, and I'm not a freelancer setting you up with more subscriptions. I'm an operator who installs working systems - and I've already made the expensive mistakes on my own dime.
