1 · Onboarding Automation

triggered when a new subscriber joins

Every new subscriber gets a shared welcome, then the splitting logic routes them into one of six caregiver tracks. Each track runs its own sequence of 4–6 emails written specifically for that situation.

2 · Weekly Series

2–3 emails / week to the whole audience · series can overlap

Different people get value from different things, so three parallel series run each week. Someone engaging with all three receives all three. The Personal Connection series feeds the Get-a-Win series — a "YES" reply opens the door to it.

3 · Engagement & Lifecycle Rules

applies to every email · powered by BayEngage automation

The deeper someone engages, the longer they keep getting that kind of content. Quiet subscribers get one last chance to stay before they're removed — protecting deliverability and list health.

Engagement escalation — "more of what they like"

Clicks a link
gets more of that content for 2 months
Clicks & downloads
gets more of that content for 3 months
Replies "YES"
gets more of that content for 6 months

Lifecycle / win-back & removal

No interaction with any onboarding email → send a final "click here to stay on the list" email → removed if no click.
No interaction with any weekly email for 90 days → same "click to stay" email → removed if no click.
How to use this: Krista — click any email card to open it and fill in subject, preview text, body/outline, the call-to-action, and a link, then set its status. Everything saves automatically in this browser. When you're ready to hand a batch to Jaimie, hit Export content and send him the file — he loads it with Import and builds it in BayEngage. Use Print / PDF to drop the whole map into a slide.
