I'm Jaimie Montague, cofounder of Dementia Success Path - an education company that helps family caregivers handle the hardest parts of dementia care. I built about 90% of our company's infrastructure myself, and over the last year and a half I rebuilt most of it again with AI: our accounts receivable, our marketing, our lead pipelines, and the internal tools my cofounder and I use every day.
That's the background I bring to consulting. I'm not a software vendor and I'm not an agency - I'm a business owner who has sat where you sit, made the expensive mistakes on my own dime, and figured out what actually works. When I recommend an automation, it's because I run something like it in my own company.

Where I work
I'm based in Littleton, Colorado, just outside Denver. I work with businesses nationwide - everything I build runs in your accounts and our working sessions happen over video. But if you're in the Denver metro, I'm happy to meet in person. There's no substitute for walking your actual operation and seeing where the hours go.
